প্রোডাক্ট/সেবা অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত ও মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)।
২. রিফান্ড না পাওয়া যাবে যেসব ক্ষেত্রে:
ডিজিটাল প্রোডাক্ট, ডাউনলোড করা কনটেন্ট বা সরবরাহকৃত সেবা।
কাস্টমাইজড বা বিশেষ অর্ডার প্রোডাক্ট।
